Chicken Reuben Casserole


This easy-to-make casserole dresses up tender chicken with the classic combination of sauerkraut, Swiss, and Thousand Island dressing.

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

3 to 4 (20 ounces) Gold'n Plump Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper, or to taste
1 can (14-1/2 oz) sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

Directions

	Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

	Step 2: Place chicken breasts in square baking dish; season with salt and pepper.

	Step 3: Top chicken with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.

	Step 4: Cover baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until chicken is done.

	TIPS: Serve on top of thick slices of toasted pumpernickel bread. A second slice of pumpernickel ma be added to create "sandwiches."
